About the blog:
This blog is about the connections I see from my everyday life to my writing life. These threads that give me ah-ha moments are exciting and often aren’t completely clear until I write them down. The blog helps me think through my writing and sharing allows me to open up to the world to receive feedback, a crucial part of writing for me. So please read, reflect, and respond to my blog. I look forward to hearing from you.
About me: Although I have lived elsewhere, I am a New Englander, a Yankee. My husband and I have raised two great kids, and now I spend much more time writing. I am a creative writer, working on all kinds of projects from a screenplay to genre fiction. I am also a Master Gardener volunteer in Maine.
One of my writing groups has published a book, Writing with Class, available on Amazon. Also, my book, Searching for Hawaii A Cape Cod Story is available on Amazon. Please see the publishing page for more information on these works.
I am on the hunt for a great literary agent, so please spread the word!

Thanks Susan Joy, right back at you!
Sal, Everytime I read a post and want to comment, I have to remember how to do it. You may have lost your underwear, but I have lost my mind. Love the connections

Well, it’s happened again, today it’s my stockpot. Pretty hard to lose the largest kettle in one’s kitchen…not for me! I think Susan Joy and I are headed for the funnier farm.
